5) LEGAL ASPECTS OF LIFE INSURANCE

Duration: Two Days

Objectives: Participants to this workshop will be able to:

  • Appreciate the relevant provisions of the Insurance Act 1996 that affect underwriting, claims, customer servicing and marketing of life insurance products
